Sole F80 is my first treadmill and I’m loving getting it. I’m a runner and I run in all kinds of weather, but occasionally it is a hassel, particularly if you want to operate daily, not any longer. Don’t get me incorrect, I still operate outdoors and often, but that is within the night, when it is good out. I run on this treadmill each and every early morning. I get out of bed, brush my teeth, begin the coffee, go out towards the garage, crank up the sounds and get around the treadmill, exactly where I warm up by jogging gradually for fifteen minutes, then I run flat out for a strong fifty percent hour, then I hit the shower and get my espresso.

My friends I operate an excessive amount of, but I like it. I am not training to get a marathon, not trying to set any data, but if I run every morning on this machine and do my five miles in the park in the evening two or three occasions per week, I just feel great.

The only downside to Sole F80 treadmill is the fact that the speakers aren’t very great, but I’ve a Bose Wave radio within the garage with an iPod charger/play via adapter hooked up to it, so I do not truly utilize the treadmill’s built in speakers.

The delivery men who dropped off the treadmill were much more than pleasant and when i provided them a generous suggestion if they’d stay and assemble the device, they did. I most likely should have stayed and watched so I could report on how simple it had been, but my sister was over with her baby and that was much more essential to me at the time. But the men had it up and running very quickly and they said it had been a bit of cake.

As for the device itself, I love running on it. Outside I refuse to run on pavement, because I would like my feet, shins, knees and every thing else to be operating after i age. I stick towards the grass inside a very large park. Operating on this device is luxurious and my joints are appreciating it.

But for me, what I truly like about this treadmill is the fact that because the running surface area is so much more gentle compared to hard floor is the fact that I’ve taken to operating barefoot on it. I used to be concerned at initial, but I’ve received a few hundred mile of barefoot running on this machine and my ft feel fine and my joints are not screaming.

All in all, Sole F80 treadmill is a great addition to my lifestyle. I adore this device, I really do.
