I bought the Sole F80, like many here, after studying the Customer Reports recommendations for treadmills. They reviewed the F63, which has a smaller motor and less expensive, and it did very well around the checklist. I used to be looking for a nice strong treadmill that I can use perhaps 2-3 occasions a week to help me get a good cardio workout. The Sole F80 supports about 8 default applications and 2 consumer defined programs. I really appreciate the interval training since it permits you to sprint/do high intensity after which rest, creating your cardio endurance and assisting your recovery rate.

The folding feature is good and I use it often to create a little bit much more space and strolling region in my home gym and I can also roll it out with the way if need be. The chest-strap is helpful in reading your heart rate. My spouse also utilizes this machine and she had some complaints concerning the handles being awkward when the device is at an incline (up to fifteen degrees) because the handles don’t transfer up with the device. There are minor noises when i run near the entrance with the treadmill however they disappear after i run dead middle. General it’s a fairly strong machine. Fantastic treadmill!! It took about an hour to assemble the device. It folds neatly so that when not in use it does not totally dominate the space. My husband, our teenage son, and I every utilize it on a every day foundation. It is a durable, high quality device. Obtaining the box in to the home was a bit tricky since it had been very heavy (300 lbs) and needed a great amount of muscle mass power. We highly suggest Sole F80 to anyone out there who is thinking about a good high quality folding treadmill.
